TECHNICHE PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT VEST

The Performance Enhancement Vest from Techniche® is a “Phase Change Cooling” vest designed to keep athletes cool and comfortable without limiting movement or causing ice burn. The zippered vest itself is constructed from durable 100% cotton, with an adjustable side gusset that conforms to most body types (see the Fit Guide to ensure the best size selection).

Each vest comes with a set of (4) CoolPax™ inserts and an insulated cooler carrying bag for transporting them. CoolPax is Techniche’s Phase Change Material (PCM), designed with a polyurethane outer layer and a carbon-based interior liquid that’s lighter than water and freezes at 58 degrees F (14°C). The inserts can be activated after 35-40 minutes in a freezer (or in ice water). Once placed into the Performance Enhancement Vest, they will maintain the same 58° temperature for 2-3 hours, no matter how much you’re moving or what the outside heat and humidity is.

The Performance Enhancement Vest is designed for use only with 7065V CoolPax inserts, and features hook-and-loop stabilizers to prevent sagging. The lightweight design of the vest make it suitable not only as a top layer over gym clothes, but as a cooling layer underneath military gear, firefighter gear, hazardous material suits, and more.
